Good airport Hotel with complimentary airport shuttle. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was tasty - portions are large as an FYI. Not much in the area though Über to the tourist areas is quick and $15-20. Room was clean and comfortable.

Santiago overnight
Very nice hotel near the airport. Uber and taxi Plus airport pickup. In an industrial area. Good security. Reasonable transportation to Plaza de Armas.

The staff were wonderful. The place was a little shabby, but it was absolutely fine for an airport hotel that caters to working people. The breakfast was just okay and maybe a so-so buffet doesn’t need a tip included. However, let me reiterate, it was fine.

The hotel itself is fine for an overnight stay but soulless. There’s no bar and the restaurant has no atmosphere. I ate at the restaurant which was average. Ceviche was nice though prawns added to it were devoid of flavour themselves. Main course of ribeye steak allegedly in a truffle butter arrived half way through my consuming the starter bizarrely. After I finished the starter the main course, which had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for some minutes was redelivered. Steak was without evidence of butter let alone truffle butter and was chewy and bland. I sent it back. Duty manageress didn’t ask me why I sent it back and the cost was still on the bill when that arrived. I explained why I didn’t wish to pay for that course and she accepted the reason and removed it. Service from front desk to restaurant was functional but in no way personal.

Perfect stay near airport
Comfortable room. Excellent food, especially the lunch buffet. Free shuttle to the airport. Upon booking, you get an email telling you where to catch the shuttle at the airport, which is much better than the other hotel next door, not to name it. The hotel has a decent pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff who speaks good English.

Overall, we had a good experience, but it had a rough start. We had requested a shuttle service from the airport. Somehow, the shuttle bus which only goes once an hour, did not see us, although we were standing in the parking location as directed. We stood there for about an hour and then called an Uber. The hot water wasn’t working. But after speaking with the front desk, they were able to get it going sometime in the middle of the night. By the morning, the water was working. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. But again spoke to the front desk and someone came up quickly and got it to work better but still was not completely cooling to the desired setting. Both Rodrigo and Matthias at the front desk were very helpful in getting the things we needed. They even allow us to stay two hours past the normal checkout time as a courtesy since our flight out of Santiago was nearly 11 o’clock that night. We appreciate the service even though there were a few glitches. That happens, and Rodrigo and Matthias quickly tried to care for our needs. Thank you.
