Es gibt keine Rezeption, sondern man wird vor Ankunft per WhatsApp auf Italienisch angeschrieben, was nirgendwo angekündigt wurde. Erst dachte ich, das sei Spam. Als ich geantwortet habe, dass ich nicht italienisch spreche, kam als Antwort: "I don't speak English". In einem internationalen Bead and Breakfast?! Es hieß dann (doch auf Englisch), dass man ein Foto der ID schicken und per Link bezahlen soll. Das wirkte wieder wie Spam. Im Laufe des Tages wurde uns der Türcode zur Unterkunft in einer schwer verständlichen Nachricht geschickt. Der Code war noch dazu falsch, erst mit der Hilfe eines anderen Gastes, der uns zufällig gehört hat, haben wir Zugang zum Gebäude erhalten. Als wir uns auf WhatsApp beschwert haben, erhielten wir den richtigen Code und konnten in unser Zimmer. Das war alles sehr unseriös und wir haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt. Stellen Sie keine Anfoderungen in Sachen Kommunikation und Sicherheit an Unterkünfte, die Sie vermitteln? Nächstes Mal nutze ich wieder AirBnb, dort habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt.
