Staff welcoming. Able to store luggage before check in and after check out. Hotel common areas and room very clean. Room quiet and comfortable. Figured out hand shower, but couldn't figure out rain shower. Great location - walkable to train, mosque cathedral, etc. Best breakfast buffet at hotel I ever had.. variety, top class options, local flavors, elegant. Would highly recommend.

I was disappointed

I was disappointed with the interior design of the hotel, as it was dark and did not create a bright or welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was no assistance available to carry our luggage to the room, and I had to carry it myself (we had quite a few bags). There was also no valet parking service, and the main entrance was small, unclear, and lacked any staff to greet guests as is customary in five-star hotels. When I entered the room, I found the bathroom dirty, used, and not cleaned properly, as shown in the attached photo. Positives: The location is excellent and very close to important historical sites in the area. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a good and varied selection of dishes.

Friendly staff, great facilities and walk distance to the Mosque Cathedral makes this stay a great experience. We only found out the Mosque Cathedral Cordoba was closed due to the "Our Father Jesus of the Afflicted" which is for a specific religious float when we drove from Seville for a day trip on 11 Oct. The street was packed with people and the old town was closed later afternoon. So we decided to stay in Cordoba overnight to watch the procession while visiting the Mosque Cathedral on the following day. Eurostar Palace Hotel is popping up as a very limited option. Although the price is not cheap, it’s still a great deal to have an unusual 41% off. We did not bring anything with us due to the last minute decision. The staff was so nice to provide all the things we needed: chargers with different charging cables, shaving foam and shaver, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers and gro
