The gym was infested with mosquitoes, no A/C in a room with 100 F humid environment, no fan, nothing. One day they decided to repair a phone booth and drill walls producing a large amount of dust they didn't care I was exercising. The pool was disgustingly dirty.
Rooms smelled, dusty blankets, mosquitoes in my room.
There was a man wanting to enter my room at 3 AM. I called the reception desk and they never updated me as to what happened to this sinister individual until I had to call and they told me it was a drunk customer entering my room by mistake (?)
I got sick and a nurse visited me in my room and they asked to pay $10 USD for the visit?
Food was beyond nasty for the prices in dollars they were charging.
I was placed in a room with constant noise all night long.
My electronic key was blocked every day. I had to got to the reception desk to get it unblocked. They wanted to make sure I was not going to overstay and not pay(?)
Water from faucet and shower was not clear, a little greenish, hot water was intermittent, never got a good shower.
There was a nasty night reception desk worker that was always giving me a rude service in Spanish.
Room attendants were really nice though. I asked them for 2 clean blankets, one that I used to place on the bed so I can lay down on it and the other one to use it to cover myself at night. yack!!
I would not stay at this hotel ever again.
Not that I plan on returning to this oil, non-touristic nasty town.
