We had booked two king rooms, but when we arrived they informed us that there had been a mistake with Expedia and that Expedia had given a double bed room rate for the king. Nonetheless, they gave us the king rooms for the double room rate. We had a front room, which was large, facing the main road. That night I couldn't sleep well because the traffic was constant and loud until around 2:00am. The next morning I asked if they could move us to a quieter location, which they did gladly. The room was smaller but still a king bed, was quiet because the windows opened to the back and side, and we had a beautiful view of the volcano Villarica.
The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfasts were very good. We had one dinner there which was not bad but not great either. It took a long time for the food to come and they were out of some of the dishes we would have ordered. I would recommend instead of eating dinner at the hotel you go to El Fogon on the main strip in Pucon, which serves wonderful grilled steaks (one of our best meals in Chile), salmon ceviche, shrimp omelet and desserts.
