I was robbed by someone with a key to the room! I left my room locked and someone came and stole my credit cards, iPhone 6s, cases for the phone, Bose headphones and a very expensive Carolina Herrera jacket. In total more than $ 1500 US dollars. I contacted the police and the investigation is ongoing. But the management of Florella hasn't contacted me at all. They won't show their faces. Every time I called them to complain it was a French ONLY speaking girl I the phone. Management never contacted me. They refunded me for the stay. But not for the stolen goods (1500 US dollars) I had to cancel my trip to Prague (since I no longer have a passport) the consulate has given me a safe conduct for me to go back to my country (Perú) but I lost plane tickets to Prague and 4 nights of hotel stay because without a passport I can no longer travel, only go back to my country.
They give me no answer and the fact is that the key to the door of the building is given to every client and they don't change the keys. So any previous renter can make a copy of the key, enter the building and rob your things as they did to me. No doorman, no cameras, no English espeaking person on the phone 24/7. It's a nightmare. I wish I could have told all this to the manager, but after the robbery (except fo refunding me) NO ONE SHOWED THEIR FACE. NO ONE. I'm still waiting to know if I will get a refund for my goods too. 1500 US dollars is a lot of money. Besides I was there to work at the Mipcom congres.
