Very well located. We walked to our concert at the dome Bed was very hard and had several dips that made it uncomfortable. Pool is small no windows and water very cold. Walk in shower got water everywhere on floor.

I liked the location, beach front room with amazing ocean views, fast checking in/off. Breakfast was ok, Rooms are not cleaned at least every other day, it was said to me, that on the 3rd day, the room would be cleaned fully, but was not. They do provide you with clean towels. I was not aware of parking fee daily. It s being announced as free parking. Otherwise, It was a good stay.

First I did not like that. I had to pay a $250 hold on the room. Because last year when I stayed here, it was only $75. Second, when I arrived, she stated that you guys did an update on the room and the room looked totally different. My room was not totally different. The only thing that was different was you took out the tub, and it's all shower, and the shower was leaking, we had to hold the toilet for it to flush. Then we had to keep coming to the front desk to get tiles. We had to come keep coming to the front desk to get toilet tissue and to top it off. We had to sleep on sheets. 3 nights and never got out sheets changed. I thought that was nasty and dirty and trifling of country in there's no way a personship sleep on sheets for 3 nights to get them changed, I will never stay at this hotel again and I will tell my friends and my family. We will never stay there again. You have to stay there for nights to get your seats crazy. You say you upgraded?I didn't see an upgrade.Everything looked the same from last year except for the shower, that's it.There was no tub that's all you upgraded.\nWas disappointed I was very disappointed

The rooms in the hotel were very nice. The parking was very difficult with tight ramps & turns. The corridors on the floors were dark & had a musty smell. Why the air conditioners on the floors weren't on, I don't understand. The worst was the pool. It was not clean. We wouldn't allow our grandchildren to go in for fear of catching something. Fortunately, we were right on the beach for them to use.

Love this hotel, have stayed here repeatedly. Great location, with breweries, coffee shops, etc., in walking distance. Parking your car in the garage on the same floor as your room is awesome for unloading luggage. The bathroom now has a sliding door. I'm not sure I love this "upgrade," but it's not a big deal. Due to the railing design, it's hard to see the ocean while seated in the balcony. These are minor quibbles. No complaints, just a great time.

I regretted to stay at this property. Very rude staff and cleaning crew. Very old hotel and everything was dirty. May worth $50 to stay not worth for $250. I will stay away from this property

Not impressed at all, will NOT stay again. Not worth the money, slow elevators, dirty and breakfast finishes at 9am. Expensive for the quality of the hotel.
