Ocean front! Steps away from beach!! Parking was tight but good enough. Bed sheets were very soft like I like them to be not hard and crunchy. Room was clean. Only complaint was shower wasn’t soothing. Water came out like a sprinkle shower, not like a massage. Can’t stand those soft water sprinkles like you're conserving water. Other than that our stay was Great!

The property is in good shape the carpet is worn but it’s on the ocean the AC works the bathroom was good shape the bed was comfortable the view was excellent you can walk to get everything you need it has a nice parking garage the breakfast Wes good and hearty and tasted good will definitely come back

Let's start with the door. I thought i was visiting someone in jail.need to replace door. Wires were coming from behind the HVAC unit. Hot water took to long to get hot. Did not get hot in the sink. I have stayed here before and was surprised at how they have fallen off. We will not stay here anymore

Location was great, but room we stayed had many issues; Broken door safety, heavy dust on the living room fan, pretty loud fan noise, and others. At the end, the bath tub got clogged. It was late at night so property didn't have anyone to fix it (actually there was one, but he just left after not fixing the issue and said he's working time was over so front desk called us saying next available engineer will be present in the morning), so next day, an engineer came to fix the issue, but he could not fix the issue, so we ended up moving to different room. My wife had to redo all packing and then move all items to different room at different floor which messed up our morning schedule. New room was in better shape overall, but this floor had issue with door connecting to the parking garage. It would not stay closed!! A huge safety issue that would allow anyone to be inside of property. Breakfast was ok, but serving area was too small, sitting are ok. Swimming pool was ok, something with water, it looked unclean somehow.

Weekend baseball tournament getaway
The room itself was very nice and clean. It had a lot of room. The water wasn’t always hot or even warm when taking showers or washing hands. We were on the 6th floor and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool was super cold and not very warm making it not so fun to swim or play in. The main issue I have with this hotel is their parking situation. When entering the first time to check in, you drive under the building with a very sharp right turn. There were other cars blocking this entrance making it very difficult to get passed as I was supposed to do once checked in. Then when exiting the check in lane, you make an immediate sharp left to begin entering the parking garage. I had to back up and pull up to make this turn. Then once in the garage, you have to keep making sharp turns to keep going up to the floor you are staying while also trying to keep from scraping other parked vehicles in the process. This parking garage is very dangerous and scary. Other than this, the stay wasn’t terrible. Location was great for us for this trip. Just hated the parking.

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel room was quiet, even though I know there were several families staying the night. The balcony was perfect for a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. The breakfast was very busy but they had plentiful food and continual monitoring and cleaning. The door to our bathroom was tight, needed servicing, and the shower was dated, but very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!
