Great stay!
Don't know how much you expect from an affordable hotel. I think they could charge more for what you get. Room was clean, no bugs and plenty of room to relax when your not out and about oceanside Virginia Beach. 1 block for the beach. Attentive front desk. Cardio based gym with cable machine, laundry on site. The only oddity is the placement of the free breakfast room (particularly in the colder winter months as you might have to go outside to cross the driveway that cuts through the property. Breakfast was meh...but most are.

Very close to the beach. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great - eggs and sausages and gravy. Very yummy. The bathroom could be renovated and the cleaning personnel should wipe the bedboards and doors.

We weren't sure what to expect when booking this property, but was pleasantly surprised! Had a pretty good experience. The only downside is it was pretty loud at night (street noise) and with our infant that was pretty rough, but my older kids did fine! Parking was limited so just be prepared to possibly park on the street if you come to the property in the evening. The staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast was limited but decent! Overall I'd say a 4/5 star!

This is a bit of an older property and it does show in some areas. The man at check was very nice and helpful. Over all the property was very clean.
