The facility is pretty new and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast is at Hyatt standard. They also offer EV charging through valet parking, very convenient.

The first impression of this property was not the best, the concierge at night was very rude, eating on the couch and ignoring us with headphones in. The whole interaction was so distasteful as he chewed in our faces during check in and the kitchen host watches you like a hawk during the free breakfast in the morning however the check out was pleasant and majority of the staff were nice and very friendly. The hotel was very modern, clean and perfectly placed. I would recommend staying here if possible.

It was at first great but then the longer we stayed it showed its true colors. Check in was great. Wonderful customer service. Got to the room and that was great. Nice view clean windows. Then notice that there was issuses with the shower. You need to keep two towels on the floor. Cause the shower will leak out. No matter whitch way the shower doors goes. Then the heat was making alot of nosie turning on and off. We asked for the vehicle to be warmed up before driving cause it is a truck and they have to warm up before driving. They did it a few times then it got crazy and they told us they cant promise us if that would be done. The truck was cold when we got in. They need more Valet people cause when they get busy yall still need to take care of the customers. But the reason why we checked out early is because when we went to get something to eat down stairs, we waited for over 20 mins then a guy came out and said he is going to send someone to take care of us. We was like okay. Looking around we noticed all the other people was taken care of and was content. Another 20 mins later no one was still helping us. My husband and I felt like we was not getting any help and it was so un fair. So that night we packed and left a day earlier.

Stayed on the 8th floor, ocean front view, absolutely gorgeous. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to make sure our stay was the absolute best it could be. Breakfast was wonderful & you can’t beat the view from the dining room. Valet parking was a breeze, the gentleman were always kind and courteous. Love that you have to use your key to use the elevator, definitely made it feel safer. Will be back for sure, wouldn’t consider any other hotel in the area, especially during the winter season!

We arrived late at night and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The size of the room surprised us, very spacious and clean. We opted for the city view and even enjoyed a partial ocean view. Breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay at the Hyatt again.
