Worst hotel on the strip. Extreme moldy smell in room, carpet all wet from previous guests… I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

I expected much better for the price we paid. The bathroom was really small. The hallway was smelly and the room wasn’t as clean as I would have wanted. Parking was free though.

I was not given an option for a room. I was told what room I would be in and they put me in my fiancé into a handicap room. I am 6 foot tall and the shower was made for someone in a wheelchair. Honestly, I will never stay there again and I want my money back

FIRST APPEARANCE IS WONDERFUL, ALL DOWNHILL FROM THERE!! THE HALLWAY CARPETING IS THE SAME AS OUR PRIOR VISIT 8 YEARS AGO. THE ROOM CARPETING IS WORSE YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR FEET COVERED ALWAYS... THE BATHROOM IS ACCEPTABLE, SMALL THOUGH, THE IN ROOM PHONE DIDN'T WORK ON MONDAY WHEN WE ARRIVED, (NOT GOOD) I TOLD THE FRONT DESK GIRL (WHO LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS SPEAKING IN SOME ALIEN TONGUE ) SHE SAID SHE WOULD TELL MAINTENANCE...AFTER TWO DAYS PASSED, AND REMINDING HER EVERY TIME WE LEFT, SHE SAID THE SAME THING. THE IN ROOM SAFE WAS LOCKED UP..SHE SAID THE KEY WAS INSIDE THE SAFE...HOW DO I GET THE KEY OUT I ASKED? I"LL LET MAINTENANCE KNOW...AT THE SAME TIME WE LOST POWER AND THE T.V. WENT OUT, AS DID THE MICROWAVE...AGAIN DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK...YOU KNOW THE RESPONSE...MAINTENANCE FINALLY SHOWED THE NEXT DAY, HIS FIRST WORDS, "DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH WOW, TRANSLATION APP ON GOOGLE IS GREAT...HE FIXED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE PHONE, HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY WITH ANOTHER , DIDN'T HAPPEN . NOW ON THE FOURTH DAY MY WIFE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AGAIN AND NICELY INSISTED UPON NEW TOWELS CHANGE OF LINENS ALL THE THINGS ANY REPUTABLE HOTEL WOULD DO DAILY, THEY SHOWED UP AT 3:30 PM. YEAH , UPON CHECKOUT, I DID REMIND THEM AT THE FRONT DESK THAT THE PHONE STILL DIDN'T WORK...THE REPLY "I'LL LET MAINTENANCE KNOW" I'VE BEEN AT THIS RAMADA 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 15 YEARS...BUT THAT WAS MY LAST. I HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS TO AVOID THIS HOTEL AND THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD.

It wasn't overly clean, but it was fine for a night or two. My biggest complaint was my room was for 5 people, they said it would sleep 5 people. They also asked for the ages of my children, 14, 11, 8. We only had 2 full beds. The 5th person had to sleep in an upright chair. It should NOT be advertised as sleeps 5 people. It comfortably slept 4.

The main lobby bathrooms were dirty, one toilet was taped over, and most of the bulbs were out making it hard to see. The hotel did not offer a complimentary coffee or water in the lounge.   The advertised pool was across the street in the parking garage, with no lounge chairs. The room shower/bath was dirty.  They sprayed it with cleaner and the streaks were there to remove the crud but it wasn't cleaned.  The toilet made a loud noise for 30 seconds after each flush and the sink clogged during each use. The hotel has a restaurant/bar that plays loud music/band throughout the day and night. The telephone in the room didn't work to call the front desk.  The TV would only play Harry Potter on repeat for 2 days if we got the TV working.  You couldn't change the channels, only control was on/off and volume. I ended up cutting my vacation short after two restless evenings.  I tried to get a room change, but they would not accommodate me.  I did however get one night refunded since I checked out early.

The room allotted to us had bed bugs in them. The manager moved us to an alternate room upon complaining but that was strictly ok as well. The area around the property is strictly ok. Travellers would be better served to stay closer to 14th Street as that would be closer to the pier and much nicer overall.
