Our room location was perfect - boardwalk and ocean right in front of us. Although, not overly decorated, the rooms offered everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only one small problem - we had some very noisy neighbors who played loud music and "commandeered" our chairs and were sitting right by our front door. We didn't complain - they finally quieted down after I asked them politely to turn the music down. They were a bit intimidating - a group of 5 or 6 young men. We would recommend your facilities to anyone coming to this area.

I have stayed in an ocean front suite 6 of the past 8 years. Every time I stay there someone is smoking on their balcony. Every time. I have reported this and nothing gets done about it. Also this year, the washer and dryer didn't work right.

The Room was clean.Great Ocean view.We could walk to Restaurants & Stores.Quiet..Everyone was friendly. Only thing was Elevator was alittle slow But its an older building.Would definitely stay here again.

To be fair, the property was about what I expected given the lower price for beachfront property. It was barely OK. Not the cleanest, kind of noisy, and needs updating badly; but, a reasonable price for a beachfront hotel.

We love this place. Older, but meticulously clean. Staff has always been so nice. Pool open until October, heated. We come every year, all times of the year.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We needed a little more time for check-out and they were very understanding and accommodating. We loved, loved, loved our heart-shaped Hot Tub!! This is a very convenient hotel for us to stop halfway when traveling up north. This is the first time we weren't thrilled with our stay. We were in room 636, which did not have a functioning air conditioner. That made for a hot & humid sleep.

the tub was great, but because of it, it was difficult to close the curtains. everything was nice except the sheets were a bit coarse. And a neighbor was screaming drunk at midnight locked out of her room. We really appreciated all the amenities. Next time we will stay more than 1 night and try the pool.
