Limited Check in parking, dirty loading area, small check in lobby, half size elevator. Stinky, dirt y hallways with no fresh air. Smelt like dirth people. Our suite was outdated worn, and our ocean view was of a uncept tramsformer and trash folled roof.A horrible resort. Can't believe it's on Expedia.

Mr. Fae, the front desk receptionist provided exceptional customer services. Although, I did not reserve reservation he patiently assisted me with booking my room through the website. We had a beautiful stay and staff was helpful and friendly. No problems with parking and we felt comfortable and safe.

The room clean except the whirlpool tub was dirty and rusted in spots. All the jets didn't work. The Air conditioner was noisy and kitchen fan was extremely loud.

Everything was great except no king beds. And the queen bed was AWFUL. Mattress left us rolling towards the middle - like it had a hole in the middle - or box spring was broken. Came back very sore. Otherwise… WONDERFUL LOCATION. Great staff and amenities. No complaints otherwise.
