The staff were great but we hired 2 rooms for our family at a top shelf rate, the wifi didn’t work despite someone trying to fix it, the tvs in both rooms didnt work and we couldnt get a towel after breakfast for a swim as they had run out. I stayed there 5 years ago and it was much better then.

Rooms in need of some maintenance and an upgrade a bit tired Lovely pool area and great adults only pool and bar area Issue with room charging once the “hold” amount had been reached Unable to charge a coffee to the room without going back to reception and paying a further holding amount Never heard if this before in my many travels The duty manager advised there had been issues if people not settling accounts Why does that become my problem

This place has slowly got worse over the past few years, poor maintenance, things broken, ripped towels, soap not provided, breakfast buffet empty, rude F&B manager. I won’t be back, Sofitel next door is a similar price and modern.

Rooms were as described and beautifully maintained. Full kitchen facilities and stunning ocean views. Huge resort with rooms spanning over 2.5km. We were a fair distance from the restaurants and pools but the resort runs a buggy service straight from your door and back. The Spa was luxurious, relaxing and just what I needed! Great resort and would definitely stay again.

The room had a perfect view of the ocean. Loved eating at the restaurants on site. Swimming pool experience was really fun... We were 2 grown ups and a teenager who were there for 5 nights... We all became kids while pool hoping... Loved the warmth that the staff showed to the guests. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
