Obviously perfect location for next day flight. Room size ok, just that it is a long walk from reception to finally arriving at the room (due to conf center built into middle of hotel). Dining room was very nice ($$$), limited eating options.

Obviously great location for airport travel. Beautiful (modern) lobby. Price reflects this benefit. A lot of walking required from reception to room areas due ti the conference chopping room areas into 2 separate pieces.

Can’t beat the convenience as it is literally inside Terminal 1 of the Milan Malpensa Airport which is not very close to the city of Milan and steps from the train. Clean, standard comfortable rooms. So glad we planned to arrive the night before our flights so there was no stress navigating through the truly gargantuan airport in the morning. On site restaurant very standard, but again, convenient. Also their regular check-out at noon allowed others in our party who had later flights some leeway.

This airport adjacent hotel is amazing. You would never know you were at an airport. I felt like I was at a resort. The spa and pool were just what we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The bar had great staff and the best charcuterie board I’ve seen on my trip.

Over the top.
As always the location is perfect for connecting flights in Terminal 1. The hotel has been renovating every room and the finished product is excellent. It’s actually way over the top.

They are in the process of renovating this hotel so there is minimal construction debris but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is lovely and the location can’t be beat for the airport and trains. Surprisingly, we did not hear airplanes and I’m a light sleeper. We will stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Overpriced and Poor
My wife and I stayed for one night at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center, paying over $540 for a Classic Room with a king bed. To our surprise, the room had an extra bed crammed in, making it almost impossible to move around. The real frustration began when I tried to order room service. After 40 minutes of calling without any response, I had no choice but to go down to the restaurant myself. The restaurant manager didn’t even acknowledge the poor room service when I placed the order in person. After waiting another 60 minutes, the food finally arrived—and it was awful. On top of that, the HVAC or water system made so much noise that we barely slept. For the price we paid, this level of service and comfort is unacceptable. This hotel is horribly overpriced, and I would strongly advise other travelers to reconsider staying here.

We stayed here because of a very early flight. The hotel is just a sliding door away from the bus, train and airline terminals. Pleasantly surprised at the wonderful quality of its restaurant and bar.

The front desk were very kind and allowed us an early check in. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The convience for our very really flight is why we booked this hotel. The spa was a huge disappointed and not worth the money. The sauna was nice and hot, but the steam room smelled like mold to me. The pool was uninviting. The ladder was loose and felt unsafe. The hotel restaurant was very expensive and the food was very mediocre.
