Great house for a family holiday and lovely hosts
We had a wonderful two week holiday at this superb house in the Istrian countryside. It is ideal for a large family group and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. It was spotlessly clean and modern. There is a lovely swimming pool if you want to spend the day relaxing at the house and a large patio area with barbecue to eat by in the evening. But it is also a great base to explore the region. The pretty fishing village of Fazana with its many restaurants is only ten minutes away by car. Porec, Rivinj and Pula are all within easy reach. Hosts Sandra and Franko are so friendly, easy to contact and will look after any small issues that may arise during your stay. Go and stay at their fabulous house. You won’t regret it. Very clean and comfortable
The house is very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of space for two families with kids. The host was super friendly and helpful. We will remember time spent there as the most relaxing vacation ever.

Fantastic holiday, amazing villa and great communication from the manager.
We had piece of mind before even beginning our holiday because of great communication from the owners of this beautiful villa. We were contacted via WhatsApp before flying to Croatia by the owners and communication continued to be amazing throughout our stay. All it took was a message from myself to the owners with a question and they gave me all the information I required. Upon arrival the owners greeted us and gave us lots of useful information about places to go and restaurants to visit. Then on the last night the owners came and cooked us a lovely feast of bbqed fish and salads. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and tidy and well equip. The heated pool was appreciated by the children and the garden to the rear was also very child friendly with various children's equipment. I would definitely return to the villa and definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Stay at the villa
We had a great time at Franko’s and Sandra’s villa. The house is spacious and very clean. There is everything you need there, well stocked and we even had some cold refreshments and fruit when we arrived. The outside is really nice with a bbq area we used multiple times for grill fish and meat! The swimming pool was super clean and well kept, we had it warmed up a couple of days to enjoy night swim! The surrounding area is very quiet with a small town but it’s very close to the beach and 25’ drive from the beautiful bays of Premantura. The hosts were really kind and welcoming, answering all our questions and helping out. A real great stay indeed!!

Gerne wieder!
Ein super Ferienhaus, mit allem was man braucht, in einer eigentlich ruhigen Umgebung, außer der Nachbarshund der Nachts ständig bellt, aber dafür können ja die Vermieter nix. Der Pool ist schön groß, sauber und herrlich wenn er beheizt ist. Wir kommen in ein paar Jahren auf alle Fälle wieder!

Great time in a beautiful Villa
We had a wonderful time in this villa. The division into 2 apartments was ideal for 6 adults and 4 children, as was the outdoor area with its spacious dining area where everyone could be seated, as well as the Pool area. Everything is there for a carefree vacation. Also a big thank you to the hostess Sandra, she was always available and Franko was quick to help with any problems or questions! There are only a few kilometers to 2 larger supermarkets and the sea is not far either, but a car is absolutely necessary. All in all, a great time that we really enjoyed!

Entspannte Tage
Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für entspannte Urlaubstage braucht. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Städte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand/Meer sind auch nur kurze Autofahrten entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für zsei Familien. Die Küche hat genügend Equipment zum Kochen, inklusive Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrtücher. Der Ausenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Hinter dem Haus ist ein riesiger Garten, wo sich Kinder austoben können. Wir hatten den Pool beheizt, sodass die Kinder kaum raus gehen wollten. Einzig ein zweiter kleiner Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch schön gewesen, der große Schirm, der dort steht ist zu groß um ihn mit der Sonne mitzubewegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit zu erreichen. Ceck in und Check out war sehr herzlich, es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr mordern und gepflegt ! Die Aufteilung mit den zwei Wohnungen war für unsere große Familie perfekt! Auch die Hunde hatten genügend Auslauf und der angrenzende Wald ist super für Spaziergänge. Pool und Gartenanlage, sowie Außenküche auch super praktisch und im guten Zustand

Tolles Ferienhaus mit 2 getrennten, voll ausgestatteten Wohneinheiten, beheiztem Pool und Outdoorküche. Der vorhandene Kinderspielplatz ist ideal für Kinder. Das eingezäunte Grundstück mit Hundedusche macht dieses Ferienhaus auch für Fellnasen ideal. Besonders hat uns die Herzlich- und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter gefallen.

Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort. Sandra und Franco sind super Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen zu tollen Ausflugszielen (Strände o.Ä.) gab es sofort Tipps. Nächster Ort Vodnjan ist ca. 3 min mit Auto entfernt. Nächster Supermarkt (Konzum, Plodine) nur 5 min entfernt. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub
Franco und Sandra waren super nette Gastgeber. Wir ließen den Pool beheizen, was eine super Entscheidung war. Es war in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Spielplatz und der Garten sind das reinste Paradies für Kinder! Was wir vorher bereits wussten, und dadurch kein Problem war: die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas abgelegen, weswegen wir häufig mit Fahrrad oder Auto unterwegs waren.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Franco und Sandra sind super Gastgeber. Haben uns herzlich begrüßt und hatten sogar für unsere Kids eine Kleinigkeit bereitgestellt. Beide Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Vierbeiner gibt es sogar eine Außendusche, welche gleich mit Hundeshampoo und Handtücher ausgestattet ist. Kam bei unseren Vierbeinern nach dem Strand gut an. Unterm Strich hatten wir einen prima Urlaub und werden gerne wiederkommen. An sich hätte ich nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die evtl. verbessert werden könnten: - Kaffeemaschine oben sollte ausgetauscht werden - Waschmaschine unten schleudert nicht mehr richtig - Pfannen sollten erneuert werden - Duschen könnten am Rand sauberer sein
