The check-in/front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was extremely unorganized and confusing and the two women there were friendly but extremely inefficient in all areas of service. Had it been a free buffet/breakfast included rate it would have been understandable but to pay $30 ($15pp) was not worth it. We will absolutely stay at your beautiful hotel again but will choose to eat elsewhere.

I understand that the property had some poor reviews in the beginning due to it not being finished. I LOVE this BRAND NEW hotel! It’s extremely clean, smells good, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to assist. They have a wonderful fitness center with top of the line equipment! They even had Pelotons! The bar had very fun vibe in the evening. Beautiful hotel and I will be back again soon with the family! Well done Even Waco… see you soon

Staff was very attentive, clean hotel, the only complain would be is that I did not get my room cleaned, trash removed or new towels. Bed was never made, used the same towels for the last 3 nights. Called the front desk at night to make sure to send someone for the next day and nothing was done.
