We chose to stay at this hotel due to the great reviews regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. The room we reserved was nothing like the reviews we saw and was very dirty and smelled bad. We were shown another room at our request and it was not clean as well. We booked another hotel and immediately left Woodspring Suits.

I had a reservation for a single room. Upon arrival I was told the room was unavailable and the motel was full up. If it had not been for a traveling companion I would not have a place to stay. The room clerk did not seem to know what to do.

Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. Charging for extras (a towel is $2), shlepping your own trash to the outside corner dumpster was unexpected. I would stay l again and come prepared. Doesnt work well with outside internet apps like Expedia tho.

It was okay. We were not impressed with how loud it was in the hotel. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everyone in the next rooms. There was no hair dryer.

This stay had no amenities at all including hair dryers kitchen pans soaps etc was pretty shabby looked prettier in the photos online. TVs are old no smart TVs no breakfast. It always smelled like weed or some other smoke from other guests staying at the property which was annoying even though there is a no smoking rule. Beds are average nothing fancy it just became a place to lay our heads down at night as we didn’t really enjoy the hotel at all. Wouldn’t stay again for the price they charged to stay with no benefits except for the area it was in and the shopping areas being close is the only reason we decided to stay. Wouldn’t recommend a AIRBNB or another hotel nearby with amenities would’ve been more worth it.

Queen subbed for a King booking

I booked a king non smoking and was given a queen room. I was informed there were no kings available. Also the floor did not appear to have been swept before we arrived but the rest of the room was clean and nicely done. Price charged was higher than my booking showed.

This hotel provided good value for the price. I do wish they served breakfast, but they offer coffee 24/7, which is convenient.

It's a very new property put together for contractors working in the area. It's a click above a dormitory. Faux wood floors, Spartan facilities, and basic gym. You get what you paid for.
