This coveted 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner condo at Leilani Beach Villas H4 is spectacular.  Enjoy privacy in a serene location, windows on three sides, and a roomy 1,725 sq. ft. floor plan. Step onto the shaded outdoor living lanai with views of the velvety green golf course or walk just across the road to the shared, oasis-style pool and grill area.

Inside the villa, high ceilings and sun-drenched rooms showcase elegant koa wood furnishings and original Hawaiian art. So much beautiful art throughout the home, you'll think your in a museum. Fully equipped kitchen, slider doors open to the lanai and prep dinner in the island breezes. Brand new, high-end appliances can help with nearly any recipe you can dream up.

In the evening, take your pick from three bedrooms, each with their own bath. The secluded primary bedroom, on the villa's second floor, has a king size bed, an en-suite bath and separate shower, open loft office area just outside the bedroom, and a private lanai.   The upstairs guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bath. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bathroom.

A short walk across the street also brings you to the Queens' Marketplace Shopping Village, where you can procure a Starbucks fix, browse one-of-a-kind boutiques, and gather dinner ingredients at the gourmet shops or weekly farmers market. Anaeho'omalu Bay Beach ("A-Bay" for short), with its pristine waters, turtle sightings, and lovely sunsets, is a 5-minute drive from the villa. While there, save time for dinner at Lava Lava Lounge, one of only a few beachfront restaurants in this area.

Waikoloa Beach Resort located about 19 miles north of Keahole-Kona Airport.   This village surrounded in Lava provides visitors with a variety of activities, and known as one of Hawaii’s most dazzling oceanfront resorts and for good reason, it’s just a short walk from the pristine turquoise waters of Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), where you’ll spot turtles sunning on the lava rocks that jut from the white sand. As part of Waikoloa Resort, your stay includes access to Waikoloa's on-site restaurants, shopping and, of course, championship golf (memberships can be purchased from the courses themselves). Family vacation
The condo was great and just like the pictures showed. It was close to thing to walk to. Our boys liked it because it was like being at home in their own beds. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely get the condo on the corner where there is more room.

Great Layout, Perfect Golf Course View, Convenient!
Came with husband, toddler, sister and her son. The three bedroom layout was great for us so the little toddler could have his own room to nap in - two suites upstairs and one queen bedroom downstairs for my sister and her son to sleep in, bathroom outside the room. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 children, along with a helpful Hawaiian nanny. Used the dining table inside for all three meals each day.... Placemats are in the buffet on the wall (didn't find those until the last day lol). Even though 74 was the lowest the AC can be set to, we were very comfortable at 74 and sometimes turned it up to 76. Queen's marketplace had most things we needed and when it didn't, Waikoloa Village wasn't far which had a KTA store for other grocery necessities. A-Bay was a very quick drive every morning with easy parking. We left some sandcastle making stuff in the lanai closet for the next guests, along with a few step stools and a toddler booster seat. We hope those can be of use to other families! All in all everything was clean and we mentioned a couple very small maintenance issues to the PM who said they'd take care of them! They care and I'm sure you'll have a great stay too!

Beautiful Memories
We have stayed at WBV before in a 2 bed 2 bath. We like the WBV managers Theresa and Cynthia. When LUVA could not get a second parking pass, the WBV managers arranged something for us. The condo is very comfortable, well equipped and maintained. It is clear this is a special place for the owners. LUVA gave us all the supplies we needed during our stay: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry sheets, etc. We bought more trash bags because we take it out every night. We alerted LUVA to some issues with slow drains, lightbulbs out, but they were not urgent. The microwave went out in the second week but their handy person was not able to come by. It was inconvenient to heat up the stove and wash pans but I will reach out to see if LUVA will offer some discount because it was offered but not available all the time. Full supply of beach and snorkel equipment. It was a wonderful time where we sailed flowers in the ocean for my mom's passing. I'd rent this place again.

Anniversary Trip
We stayed at this property for 8 nights with our daughter and family. They came to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect location, right on the golf course and close to shopping and the beach. The kids loved the pool, actually preferred it to the beach!! The condo had an extremely well stocked kitchen (except for garbage bags!) The size of the condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children. I didn’t give it 5 stars on cleanliness because both lanais were in desperate need of deep cleaning. I recommend this rental to families.

Nice Location - Too Many Rules
Nice location but rules for everything posted throughout the unit to the point where it felt unwelcoming and insulting. We were all very responsible adults who felt uncomfortable. Thank goodness we did not have young kids with us.

Wedding Week
The initial walk-in was very special for they had a nice ambience of sound and lighting. The house was decorated beautifully and was comfortable for the 5 adults in our party. The community pool was nice although the BBQs weren’t working well. Check in process and communication was easy to follow. The house had beach items to borrow as well as beach towels which were amazing. The washer and dryer helped out a lot. Weather was in the high 80s so it was sad to say the AC did not keep up since we could not set it below 74°. Overall the property and experience was amazing. We would go back if in Hawaii again.

Winter Break
The property was well appointed especially in the kitchen. We ended up buying beach towels at Costco since we like a thicker towel and had room to take them home but otherwise everything they had for the beach was great. The island market although a bit pricey was perfectly adequate for our needs, we had eggs and bacon every day before heading out to whatever town or beach we were visiting and even cooked steaks one night. The only thing I will remember to bring next time is a champagne stopper. I did bring laundry tabs and dryer sheets but they did provide stuff which was unexpected! I would have liked to enjoy the lanai more but there were just too many bugs, but may be the time of year. We would stay here again.

The property was lovely and would have been perfect, had the pool next to our building not been under renovation. There was another on the property but it was PACKED! Adriana, the property manager, was very prompt in answering my questions and even laid out things she knew we were looking to use (blender, hot water kettle). We cook during our trips and the kitchen was well equipped with knives, chopping boards, and a variety of pots, pans, and utensils. Two areas of potential improvement: 1) The knives could be sharpened (though this is not unusual for a rental) and 2) Women need a washcloth per night (hygiene!) and two bath towels. My hair can't fit in a handtowel, LOL. I had asked for more washcloths but my request was denied, so I had to rewash my one every night. Not ideal but not the end of the world, either. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Big Island Gem
Clean and comfortable in a wonderful setting. A beautifully outfitted villa close to beaches, the golf course and other amenities in the Waikoloa Beach area. Lots of space for our group of 6. Stunning view of sunrise over the golf course and views of the mountains/volcanos just steps away. Highly recommend.

Outstanding the the only word to describe this outstanding condominium! The location alone is the best on the island, adjacent to the pool area, across the street from shopping area and just up the road from another shopping center! Located on the golf course is another major draw to this condo as it offers quietness and serenity. Adriana is the most professional yet down to earth real estate agent I have had the pleasure to work with. She is a 'down to earth', johnny-on-the-spot professional, always willing to listen to clients and offer sound solutions to their needs!

Our stay at Villa was Amazing! Beautiful views, sparkling clean, has everything you need. Preparing for a stay during Covid was hectic with all the protocols, but the property manager made it easy. Location was good, access to Kohala beaches, Kona, and airport was great. Unit is close to community pool and local shops. Highly recommend.

Girls’ Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this condo. It is clean and well stocked. It has everything you need from beach toys and towels to a full kitchen. Most importantly, the bed sheets are super soft. Our point contact, Adriana, was always returned calls/texts promptly. Squeaky pipe in downstairs bathroom, but still gets a 5 star rating. I highly recommend staying in the Puako.

Loved it and wish I was still there. Everything was fantastic. Only areas for improvement was master bed mattress was a little firm and the shower was kind of small. Pretty immaterial issues for such a great place. Beach is walkable and so are most things nearby. Still need a car but this place was great!!

Wonderful townhouse- perfect base for nearby beaches
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Communication with the manager was easy and seamless and check-in (even with the COVID protocols) was very smooth. The Townhome is wonderfully clean and beautifully positioned on the property so that you are within easy walking distance of the shops, but away from the road- so it's quiet and peaceful. The view out to the golf course and the petroglyph fields (in the distance) are restful and relaxing. It has one of the best kitted out kitchens I've ever seen (food processor- every dish and kitchen item you could dream of). That said- we didn't cook too much as we found nearby Lava Lava beach club and other options to cover many or our needs. It's also really well stocked with all the beach goodies you will need (boogie boards, towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella's) I found the location perfect for cool morning walks to A-Bay and through the resort areas. Our daughter also enjoyed the Hilton's day pass for pool access. Our only concern was that we're used to sleeping in cooler environments and with the air conditioning set to not go below 75 degrees we had trouble sleeping comfortably. Adriana was kind enough to bring out new fans to see if that helped, but it wasn't quite enough for our family who is used to sleeping in the mid-60's. However, I understand the need to conserve electricity and they've probably had guests who leave it running 24/7. Thank you to Adriana for making our stay in Hawaii a wonderful one. I'd definitely recommend this townhome to our friends.
