Shores at Waikoloa Golf Villa 20, located along side Golf Villa 19- are the only single-story standalone condominiums in all of Waikoloa Beach Resort that are available as a vacation rental. Grand Welcome also manages Golf Villa 19 ideal for larger family gatherings needing an additional Villa.

• Air-conditioning in the condo is available only when the temperature exceeds 75°F. The A/C is controlled from a NEST central thermostat, and needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C. We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 75F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer.
