Not horrible but not excellent
I'm a tiny bit suprised this had as good of reviews as it did. Although it was not horrible i would not call it excellent. We only stayed for one and were literally only there to sleep so i didn't fuss, but there was just a few things that knock my rating down. Now first of all i will say my room itself was clean however the property as a whole was pretty run down and the hall smelt like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was less then desireable, but we were their towards the end so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff was super friendly so that was nice. Oh and it was super nosey right by the interstate so i didnt sleep well. Again not horrible but not excellent either.

LSU GAME
THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY. OUR TV IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE. HOWEVER, WE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM. I AM WAITING FOR THE CHARGE TO DROP OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH PUT US IN A BIND FINANCIALLY.

Nice hotel
Hotel and service was very good. Was there for LSU game. The only complaint I have is that the television in the dining area didn’t work. It would have been nice to watch ESPN while having breakfast. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

Our stay at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was unclean, with roaches crawling on the floor, and the bathroom had stains and cracked tiles. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable, making it a struggle to get any rest. Thankfully, it was only for one night as we were in town for a softball event, but we won't be returning. I strongly recommend looking for accommodations elsewhere.
