There were cobwebs in at least one of the corners of the room - very noticeable in the light. When do hotels do deep cleaning? The staff in the bar/restaurant were slow, slow, slow, and not very friendly. The breakfast waitress was slow, didn’t bring silverware and I had to go to the bar to pay. Also, the queen beds were on king frames and that seems a little tacky.

The hotel was adequate for our purposes although very dated. Bathroom and decor could use a renovation. Breakfast was available only for a charge ($13-15 per item). Shuttle was excellent

Prime location to get to Boston Logan airport and hotel shuttle was always available and very quick. Nice restaurant. Our room was on the front so highway noise a little distracting but to be expected at this location.

Our room was in need of many repairs: peeling paint, noisy air / heating unit, dirty and torn carpet. The restaurant service was extremely slow and that was disappointing. Next trip I’ll look for another airport area hotel.

They really need to check on their housekeeping as we found the building to be unclean from the door to the rooms bathroom floor was oily and door to bathroom was dirty, the bed was not made fully(I took pictures) the sheets did not fit the bed,the furniture had food stains on it, there was a rusty end table . This was a very uncomfortable stay, it definitely was not worth the what we paid.
