The property was clean and great for the most part. Definitely safe. The lady that checked us in was by herself and you could tell she was overwhelmed but she was super helpful and attentive!! The hotel Could use a few updates but we would stay here again for sure.

We specifically selected Embassy Suites for its location near the airport, had a free shuttle, and offered a dining room as we had a two day flight delay due to a hurricane in Florida and would not have a car. There was a problem with the kitchen staffing and the dining room service was backed up over an hour. We ended up walking off property to a nearby Applebee's. Overall, the hotel needs a refresh...furniture in the room looks worn out and well used. The bathroom sink did not drain well and water backed up in the basin. We were disappointed in the property and expected a better quality facility.

This hotel was in a convenient location. Had plenty of parking. Can't beat the free drinks at happy hour for the guests. Staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Philly.

The room smelled like smoke and the furniture was damaged. We had to wait an hour for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When we were leaving the hotel early the next morning, the shuttle would not start.

The staff at this property were very rude and unhelpful . When I arrived there was trash cans full of trash in our hotel and bathroom. Took hours to receive a trash bag. Tv, phone , and toilet were all broken. The second day the pool was only open from 5pm-8pm. Staff promised extra time for kids to swim, came in at 750 to kick kids out of the pool. For $300 a night for two nights ; i will never return!

The first room the bathroom was very dirty had to carry my stuff up and down no cart to help with the stuff had to pay someone to help me paying for parking after paying all that money to stay there unbelievable
