Make sure to get entry info before arrival day!
The beds were comfy, the linen was very nice, the kitchen had what is typically needed, the space in the house was good and our dogs loved the large fenced yard. Host emailed on booking and said entry info would be sent the day of arrival. However, the entry info was never sent, and multiple attempts to contact host by us via VRBO and by VRBO failed. We finally received a response only after we posed as future renters, an hour after our checkin time. No apology or reasonable excuse was given for the communication issue. House is comfy and neighborhood is nice with lots of restaurants and stores nearby! Just strongly recommend to not assume entry info will be sent and request to have it a day before arrival to guarantee a smooth process.

Disappointed beyond words
The host cancelled our reservation the morning we were supposed to arrive and completely ruined our weekend! I was looking forward to having my family all together for a family wedding we were attending. The only saving grace was VRBO stepping in and offering to pay for our hotel stay which I was very grateful. It just wasn’t what I had envisioned for the weekend

Great rental property in Warner Robins
We had an excellent stay at this VRBO rental. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. The host was easy to contact and was very helpful. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Warner Robbins area.

AC didn’t work
We rented this property for one night as a stopover between Alabama and South Carolina in August. The house was as described and clean. However, the thermostat would not get below 77 degrees, either by specific setting by the homeowner or because it was not functioning properly. The owner told me that temperature was sufficient. We could not get comfortable and had to leave.

We stayed at this property while competing for the Southeast Little League championship. The house was a great location to the field. The neighborhood was very quiet. Publix was very close by along with many restraints. Very convienient.

My wife and I, and our little dog, needed a place to stay on our way back home to Michigan from a trip to Florida. The house, location and neighborhood were all perfect. The fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog to run around after being in the car all day. Unfortunately, we did have a very unpleasant experience shortly after arriving. My wife and I were sitting out back on the patio, when we heard our dog inside barking aggressively. When I checked on him, I saw a young man walking away from our front door. When I went to see if he was gone, I saw a car full of guys in our driveway. They claimed to have stayed at the house previously and made a mistake. The property owner was very responsive and sent us a video from her doorbell camera to positively identify the guy and notify the police. Upon seeing the video, we realized he had actually opened our front door with the door code we had been provided. Upon hearing, and seeing, our dog, he closed the door. Needless to say, we were very unnerved and uncomfortable staying in the house that evening. Even though the owner assured us that everyone gets a new door code, we found that hard to believe. If not for our dog, I'm not sure what would have happened. Overall, it's a nice house and neighborhood, but guest security has to be a priority...and each guest should always get a new entry code. I'm quite sure it was an isolated incident, so this should be a safe place to stay if basic protocols are followed.

The house was as described and very comfortable. The only issue is the couch is broken and if we had been more than two people that would have been a problem. Everything else was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and in a good location. Felicia was polite and quick to respond to messages. The house was much better than two hotel rooms, but I wish there were extra blankets and towels (we looked). The towels are extremely cheap. I will bring my own next time. Overall a good experience.

Overall it was as advert except the living room sectional to seat 6 could only seat 3 because it was broken as well as kitchen chairs Znd missing bar chair… could only seat 3 in kitchen. Towels were more like car sham mines … not cotton. It was close enough to the InterbationAl Fairgrounds but overall was disappointed

We stayed here just one night on our way down to Florida. It's a beautiful home, spacey, and has a huge fenced in back yard for my pup to roam. Would definitely stay here again.
