The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Feel free to help yourself to pantry staples during your stay. There is plenty of bench space and storage if you plan to cook.

Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table while taking in the view, or at the kitchen bench / breakfast bar which offers additional seating with three stools.

The cozy lounge area features ample seating and a Smart TV, complete with access to your favourite streaming apps.

Step outside to the pergola, a peaceful spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor space includes a dining table, chairs, and a BBQ for your convenience.

The main bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and basin. There’s also a second toilet conveniently located off the laundry.

There is also free off-street parking and space for one car in the garage.

Hopkins River Retreat is located 300 metres from the Hopkins River, which is popular for water sports, fishing, and sightseeing. The river meets the Southern Ocean at Logans Beach, a 1.5 km walk away.

From the river mouth, you can access the Foreshore Promenade, which links Warrnambool's beaches from the Hopkins River to Lady Bay. The promenade is great for walking, running, scooting, skating, and biking, and connects to the Rail Trail leading to Port Fairy.

The house is 3.5km to the CBD and 4km the main beach.
