Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Goede locatie, zeer matige service
Prima locatie, vlak bij centrum en musea. Verkeerde informatie ontvangen over ophaallocatie sleutel, na veel zoeken eindelijk gevonden. De mensen in deze bistro kennen het appartement niet, dus geen instructies ontvangen over hoe het cijferslot werkt of welke slaapkamer van mij was. Deur van het appartement bevat geen huisnummer, dus maar gegokt. Appartement is schoon en netjes, maar niet heel gastvrij: je krijgt 1 handdoek (ook als je meerdere nachten blijft) en het onderlaken past amper op de bovenkant van het bed, waardoor je halverwege de nacht op de kale matras terechtkomt. Geen koffiezetapparaat (wel waterkoker en oploskoffie), geen oven (wel magnetron) en zeker niet de privé-badkamer die in de beschrijving staat (moet met 4 anderen gedeeld worden). Kortom, goede locatie maar verder erg matige service.
