The hotel is great new and renewed and the staff is top notch… BUT u need to be aware is NOT at the airport terminal, is 5 min away by taxi from anywhere and is impossible to go to the terminal by walking, so either you have to take a bus carrying all your luggage ( no signs of novotel transport anywhere) or spend 30 euros for a 5 min drive…before booking hotel and expedia should have a disclaimer, at the end i felt cheated . Much better choice the hilton

After extensive research, we decided on this hotel as our base for our 2 week family reunion/wedding in Bavaria for a total of 12 bookings. . Novotel is simply the best!!!! Great newly renovated facility, professional, friendly staff, easily reachable by reliable public transportation… we loved the attention to detail: complimentary water and chocolate/ great coffee and tea in the room … and Oktoberfest Lebkuchen hearts in lobby! 💗 A great stay! ! Thank you!!!!

This is an hotel near the MUC airport, so there isn't much to do in the surrounding area, but the hotel has been renovated, the bedrooms are quite nice, and there is a spacious lobby with a very nice restaurant and bar. Everything was very clean. This was a perfect place to spend the night before my early morning flight, and there is a bus running every 10 minutes that takes you from the hotel to the airport terminals.

very convenient for airport departures, rental car pickup and returns, meeting others at airport because of proximity to S Bahn train lines. Of course, these are all the reasons that the property is isolated in an industrial park surrounded by parking garages and parking lots.
