The staff and overall condition of the facility were excellent. The food was also quite good and reasonably priced for DC. We discovered shortly after check-in that the bathroom sink was badly clogged. We asked first thing the next morning for it to be fixed, but they never got to it. We didn't have a functioning sink during our stay, which was a huge pain in the neck. We'll give this property another chance at some point, but with some hesitation.

Nice hotel

Good location, street parking available. Hotel is in good condition. Bed is v comfortable. Be aware of urban fee charge. View from rooftop bar is v nice tho bar is overpriced.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The staff was super professional and very accommodating. The room was lovely and we especially liked the bathroom, the shower was spacious! We are definitely going to stay there the next time we are in Washington!

We enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of the hotel. Speedy elevators and wifi. Location suited us. Didn’t love that the non city view rooms stare directly into other hotel rooms / no light filtering shades or sheer curtains to pull shut so it’s all or nothing.

Fantastic new hotel close to Capital One Arena

Fantastic new hotel close to the Capital One Arena and so much else. Some small hiccups because brand new, but the wonderful staff were very quick to address everything. The associated restaurant (Arrels) and ART DC rootop bar are fantastic as well. Can't praise highly enough.

Room was ugly ,the heat was set up to only 76 the room was so cold you can’t not set the heat more than that, and was so cold inside the room plus the coffee shop person take 45 minutes to make a cappuccino heating system never go up to 72 and we was having 14 degrees under cero the hot water at the shower take for ever to gets hot.
