Great new hotel (opened in 11/24) with rooftop and plenty of easy parking around. Excellent location to walk everywhere. Nice bars and restaurant. Staff reachable via text or at the lobby, a very dedicated team. King bed extremely comfortable. Pleasant fragrance sprayed throughout the common areas. My only complaint is room temperature never got higher than 72 in December.

Wonderful new hotel. Central to many museums. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very large as was our lounge which came with a kitchenette. Great hotel.Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.
