Upon entry and check-in…. My entire experience felt like a nightmare. This was by far the worst motel/hotel that I’ve ever been.
In fact, I was so shocked of the room’s lack of quality that I immediately went into “cameraman mode” and captured videos and pictures of the room, just in case I would be questioned by the authorities.
Afterwards, I immediately texted Hotels.com support team… to voice all appropriate complaints. Then lastly, headed to the hotel clerk, reiterated my position (to which I was told I’ll be refunded) and then I checked out.
A few of my images are attached to this review…. Showing a wall mirror on the floor, unplugged and unusable tv, a dirty microwave on the carpet, a cordless toothbrush (left behind by the last guest??), a broken ac unit, unmade bed and a dirty toilet that had a “paper seal”, I’m guessing to confirm that it was cleaned.
