The water from the shower was not hot, at best, lukewarm. The bathroom was a tiny space not fitting to do anything inside, and the floorboard started to rise due to the water from the shower. So overall, I wouldn't recommend staying with two people but with only one person at best.

Room was very small It’s more of a business hotel (suited for one) then for couples. You would in, it’s sink on left. On the right a hanger shelf, toilet-shower (glass door separates the two). Straight ahead is a bed with tv. Again it would be cozy for one person

CitizenM NoMa is incredibly clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and gym/food are available 24/7. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and the beds are large. Cleaning is opt-in and set your own time, which is great for anyone who doesn't like being woken up by knocking at the door. That said, there are a couple of things worth mentioning that may make this hotel less-than-perfect for some folks. First of all, everything in the room is controlled via one iPad by the bed. This is meant to be convenient, but it's a bit annoying to control the lights that way. Also I do not need really need colored LEDs in my bathroom, but that was just what was happening so I went with it. The rooms are rather small. If you travel with a lot of luggage, this is not the place for you. The bathrooms and showers are pretty tight. I felt fine about this but was glad that I had a room to myself, and I imagine that folks with larger bodies might feel a bit cramped in there. The room has shampoo and a hairdryer but no extras (bathrobe, additional blankets, etc). If you're a minimalist short term traveler who likes the mod vibe you'll probably like it. King's Oyster Bar around the block was a good place for a solo dinner

the best
omgggg this is definitely my new hotel! First off the easy check in is unmatched! The 2 reps that assisted me with getting everything straight for my extra night stay last minute are the BOMB you know who you are! I love how its so modern and comfortable. even the bartenders are superb. My French 75 was so crisp and perfect. the bed, atmosphere the staff. everything was amazing!

Pretty good stay and price
Pretty good stay, anything I needed assistance with someone was there to offer it. They make it a point to communicate with you in some ways it’s fine in other ways it’s an inconvenience. Not too pricey for a major city and area. This is my second stay and I will definitely check out other locations as well.

Perfect place to stay for business and a casual visit. Staff was wonderful, attentive and helpful. The rooms are precise, thought out and highly functional and clean. It may take you a minute to get used to it's minimal but quality functionality, but I loved it! Great common areas. Good place to meet friends before going to Union Market to dine out. Great restaurants nearby and the sites are easy to get to via mass transportation. Enjoy your stay!

The property is in a very central area, Metro station is 5 minutes walking, there are some cafes and restaurants in the area. My only complain is about the room service, we stayed for 4 days and never the room was cleaned nor the towels changed, we were provided with only two shower towels. The staff were kind of “nice” but some of them unfortunately not very friendly.

We loved the vibe! The staff could not have been more accommodating. The bar food was delicious as was the hearty, hot and fresh breakfast. The room is European in style and clean, clean, clean. Parking is available only on street and you need to start feeding the meter at 7am weekdays which just needs to be planned for in your day. Great location- safe, accessible to the Metro easily if you don’t have a car. It was our honeymoon and we feel so lucky to have stayed here. Add burgers to the menu
