The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Had other interactions with hotel employees and they were friendly and helpful. Room wasn't fancy but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Hotel is right on Rt. 50 so it's convenient but noisy. Got a great night sleep!

I liked the stay. It looks a little cheap from the outside but inside the rooms is nice. Affordable and nice. If there is one piece of advice that I would give, it would be better costumer service. Every time my partner and I would leave the front doors we would say “have a good day” or “have a good night” and the one front desk person would ignore us and continue staring at his phone. We were there for 3 days and all 3 days he was just on his phone and wasn’t very welcoming.

The carpet in halls was worn and had holes. Faucet handle came off (It was being held on with glue.) as soon as we got there and couldn't turn off water. Front desk moved us to next room quickly (thank you) but disinfectant used to clean bathroom brought on asthma attack. Didn't need any of this when going to a wedding in an hour. Breakfast bar was not replenished at 8:30 (no juice, no potatoes).

The room was smaller than expected but was OK for the amount of people in the room. The location was good, near public transportation and far enough away from the highway to be quiet. The only negative was the Wi-Fi was spotty.

The photos used are Ai generated and are not correct. This hotel was NOT as described. The mattress was exposed underneath to stains, as well as crumbs, hair, and bug casings at the headboard. The photos are misleading. I requested a refund and did not stay there. This is the first time leaving a poor review. Ai photos and enhanced advertisements are wrong and should not be tolerated. I did not get what I paid for.

I booked a one-night stay near the Rachel Schlesinger Concert Hall and was pleasantly surprised. This was both the most affordable and highest-rated option I found. The property was clean and tidy, and despite a wedding happening in the banquet hall, my room was quiet and peaceful. A complimentary shuttle to the nearest metro station made getting out easy. Breakfast was nice: eggs, home fries, yogurt, bananas, coffee, cereal, and even a pancake machine. The service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a short, convenient stay.

Stay was ok. Very busy street with a crowded parking lot. The hotel needs updates. The hallway carpet was worn and a bit dirty, some fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. The room was pretty clean but felt a bit industrial - not comfy. We were on the bottom floor, so quite a bit of noise from people outside. Over-all the stay was ok but not great.
