Very close to public transportation, and there are quite a bit of restaurants as choices around. Parking is challenging as it's in DC.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing I didn’t like is that you can hear every little noise coming from other rooms. That was my only complaint. But the rooms are super clean, the staff was super helpful, and the location, right next to the metro was a huge pro for getting around DC. I also liked that they had a storage service for luggage so if you get there early for your check in, or if you still have a lot of time to go after your checkout, you can leave your stuff in a locked, safe place, and do some sightseeing or go eat, without having to carry all your stuff.

Excellent Employee!!
I feel horrible for not catching his name but the man who worked at the first floor desk on 12/16 in the evening was sooooo lovely. He was so kind and made conversation with us as we waited for ubers or food. he told us about some things we could do next time we travel to Washington DC. He was always attentive and getting the door for us and offering free cookies, it truly made our night.

It was nice. The manager was not so nice. He was nice one day and then moody the next day. The pool was nice. The hot tub was super hot but super bleachy made my skin itchy. Don’t understand why we can’t smoke in the courtyard.

We stayed at this property because we were attending an event nearby. Our room and experience was not great. Our daughter found hairs in her bed, the bathroom, while equipped with neatly-stacked towels, was also not clean. Finally, to cap it off, my wife and I both took cold showers before it was time to leave. My girls opted not to for that very reason. I’ve never stayed in such a large hotel and had a cold shower. For that reason, I would have a hard time recommending this property to anyone else.
