Overall a good experience … but a couple of disappointing things - 1. Parking is an extra $30.00 a day ! Not planned and not mentioned in booking the room. 2. Hot tub was not working. It was on but not working. 3. Given drink tickets - very nice - but a very short window of time to claim them !

This is our second stay here and overall I recommend this hotel. It's very conveniently located right above a metro station, rooms are a good size and comfortable, the free breakfast and managers receptions are very nice and plentiful. Main issues were small things that could have easily been fixed with more attention. Examples include, the pool had no towels three out of the five times we went. Our room had run out of conditioner and wasn't filled during our 5 night stay. On our last night the maid took the second top sheet for the sofa bed and did not return it. Again, all small stuff but a little annoying. The biggest annoyance was when we were all woken at 7:30am by a building wide fire drill. Not an actual emergency, just a planned drill. Given that the hotel is pretty much the main occupier of the mall, you would think they would have more control over such drills, or at least apologize for them once they happen. Bottom line, it's good value for money and I do recommend it.

Advertised having a bar. It was only open from 5-7 for the managers happy hour event, and only had two beers to choose from. They were free, but I was expecting a full cash bar that was open later in the night.

Horrible and sloppy accounting caused huge problem
Customer service was next to useless. They had some maintenance emergency which isn’t their fault. However they had arranged rates with other hotels that didn’t have the same amenities. I was traveling with 5 kids so I specifically chose them for their included breakfast and indoor pool. The place we ended up on their recommendation had neither. Furthermore, they charged me for a stay even though I did t stay and didn’t have a manager on duty for 3 days who could help me rectify it. I was out hundreds of dollars for the entire weekend, meaning I barely could cover food and any keepsakes for my kids. The front desk staff told me it would be fixed by the following morning (I had noticed the charge the same night, as I checked into to the other hotel). It has been 8 days and the charge remains on my card.

Worst stay ever
The room was very nice and the hotel was in great condition but it was very noisy and the staff was not helpful. The room next to me was throwing parties every night with underage kids drinking in front of my room and they were playing loud music until 5am and banging on the walls. The hotel has no security and I called the front desk several times but nothing was done. I was not even offered a room change. I finally had to call tbe police just to get a couple hours of sleep after e nights before checking out. I asked to speak to the manager several times and was always told that one was not available. When I finally spoke to a manager upon checkout only after calling cooperate to complain I was only offered to have my $30 per day parking waived which I was not even aware I was being charged. I am a Hilton Honors member and this was not what I expected from a Hilton.
