I liked that I felt safe there. Well lit and guarded. I also liked being able to park at the room door and walk in. There was limited hot water though. Room was very clean and the internet and TV worked well. Room was noisy from traffic on Rt 50. McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts next door and a chinese restaurant at the hotel. Checkin was easy. $10 parking/night to pay for extra security which I didn't mind. Convenient to downtown, NOMA, Union Station

The gentleman at the front desk was rather rude at check-in. I had reserved a room weeks ahead and called the hotel to request connecting rooms, which is the main reason I chose this hotel.He said the hotel was full and no connecting rms available.I told him I had called to confirm, he said "hotel full, no connecting rms!''He then put us in two rms,my rm had a connecting door,just not to my people!! You pay to Park and security was rude as well. The hot water took 30 mins to get hot . Phones in the rms didn't work, restaurant was closed.

Sorry nothing to add my flight from Colorado was delayed, I got to DC around 11pm, when I got to the hotel someone I sd canceled my room. Then i was told it was canceled on October 3rd. Which wasn't true. I found myself stranded in DC. Every decent hotel had zero available rooms. I ended up staying in a dump . And i just went early to the airport on thst Saturday after my event and waited 6 hours for my flight back to Washington State. It was a horrible experience. I don't know why my room was canceled. I certainly didn't request it

The staff were unknowledgable, they thought it was still a Days Inn and then I learned it was not. I did book on price, so I got what I paid for and I can't complain about that, but the fact that I can see out around the door when it was closed do not give me that feeling of security. Room was not clean, and neither was the shower. There was no iron, but the person at the front desk was nice enough to bring me one, they just couldn't find an ironing board. If you want a budget hotel it's worth the money.

If you want a hotel with roaches, gnats, mold in the phone, and layers of dust on the air vents, this is the place for you. They also did not have the room I originally booked and everyone has to pay $10 a night to park.

Spend a bit more for a nicer hotel

Location close to downtown, but that’s all this hotel offers, room was large, but dated. The property needs a refresh.

I did not stay at the hotel checked in went to the room terrible the person next door was cookin and we could smell it. My son saw a rat in our parking area. I told the hotel cancel my reservation they said no. I left and stayed at the HOLIDAY INN AND SUITES.

Very good value

My usual hotel was completely booked and i found this place. Not great to look at outside, it was clean and comfortable in the room. Low price, clean, comfortable. Unaffiliated Chinese restaurant next door is absolutely outstanding.
