Great value and quiet, clean, attractive space. Only issue was that I needed to have my HVAC reset to get warm air (engineer handled immediately), and then the only option was full blast fan (no low option). Decided it was comfortable enough just leaving the HVAC off for much of trip b/c hotel was warm enough to keep the room comfortable.
I have stayed in so many hotels in DC for work but this one I really enjoyed! The front desk staff had the best service I think I have ever experienced. The room was so clean and comfy.
This hotel is in the perfect location. We had a room looking over the city. The view was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. Somoa was awesome. She greeted us with such a warm welcome. She helped us find a restaurant. She was very funny and had a wonderful personality. I will definitely return to this location.
I enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea and utilised the keurig machine in the room daily (I drink tea regularly). It would have been nice if there was a robe in the room. The $240 credit card hold for incidentals was not stated at booking, only upon check-in.
The alarm clock in our room was off by about 1:30. No instructions available to tell how to set the correct time. When I called the front desk, the guy chuckled and said he didn’t know how to set the time and would have an engineer come up. It 2as almost midnight so I said forget it. The room has terrible lighting if you want to read instructions on the safe, figure out how the coffee maker works, or any normal document. All lights are LED, which is great, but they are too dim to be worthwhile. I don’t think I should have to rely on my phone to read simple instructions in the room.
