All the staff was amazing and went out of their way to take care of us. I especially want to thank LeShay, who was at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, took care of our concerns and even brought my son some chocolate milk when it was out downstairs. Shes truly a gem and made our stay wonderful.
Nice, clean, convenient location. The staff was friendly and professional. The cook that serves breakfast shares an uplifting speech in the morning that was unique. If you’re flying into DC and taking the train, this location is easily walkable to a metro stop nearby. I’d stay again.
I really liked the friendly staff.
The breakfast needs to include milk for cereal. I saw children opting for bacon and eggs due to no pourable milk. The thinkened milk boxes are OK for my tea or coffee but really leaves out the kids. I understand that shelf stable milk box options are few, but with the power of Holiday Inn, the providers should be able to make a suitable option for pourable containers not requiring a knife.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was so easy to get around. Close to restaurants and uber was always available when needed. Ran out of food items in the morning and sometimes coffee but the coffee was good. Room were clean and we always had whqt we needed
I enjoyed the convenient downtown location, close to many points of interest. A special thank you to Dion (I hope I got his name right!) for his help during breakfast—he was incredibly kind and attentive.
