It was very crowded, with a long line for breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned daily, which was a great convenience. However, in the neighborhood, there was a noticeable smell of weed, especially near the building in front of the hotel whenever I walked by.

Staff was friendly, Valet parking guy was so helpful. Parking was expensive. Very nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and descent . Recommended and definitely I will stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located only a 25-min walk from the museums. Breakfast is provided, with options for everyone. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available all day, as well. The room is nice, too. The only issue is the cleanliness in the rooms; I feel that the rooms needed more than just a superficial cleaning. For example, not all garbage was picked up, the room was not dusted, and the sink and toilet were not even wiped.

Enjoy the free complementary breakfast. However, on arrival I was treated bad and rushed. Maybe because staff was tired and fed up they had to work holidays. I paid cash for a few items then went a day before leaving to pay cash for another item I was told the hotel is cashless. So staff has been pocketing my money.

Didn’t like the parking situation, there is no self parking lot and it’s $60 per night to keep in on their property. Otherwise it was a pleasant hotel with access to laundry on-site and coffee/tea always available in the lobby, which was very cozy and nicely decorated.
