Check in was very smooth. The room was spacious and I so appreciated having more than one chair to sit in. It is a bone on contention for me that everywhere my husband and I go, hotel rooms only give 1 chair. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast included was fresh and plentiful. Service from every single person we encountered was excellent. Location to all of the museums was ideal.
A very complete and central hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean, organized and accessible. Beds a little uncomfortable and the noise of the train passing all day does not let you rest well. I have no complaints about the rest.
This hotel is in a great location. Parking was easy in the underground garage. Check in was faat, they have a nice market onsite, the lobby and room was very clean
