Conveniently positioned for tourists visting DC
Lovely hotel in very convenient position, half a mile walk from the White House and so only a mile from the Washington Monument and The Mall. Limited restaurant offering but plenty of options close by. Check in was great, as was the maid service, but we gave 3 stars overall for service as the breakfast service was very poor, even though there were only 6 other people eating, and 4 of those arrived after us! The cooked food was fine, but no tip on the breakfast tab as a result of the slow and indifferent bar staff.

The hotel was very new, clean and unique with great city views. If is in walking distance to some restaurants and short drive to points of interest. The hotel restaurant was open for breakfast, brunch and dinner. The food was good but overpriced. We were disappointed that the roof top area and pool was closed for the season. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Unique Hotel Experience
Overall the hotel was really cool. I didn’t look anything up about it, but it is very pro-feminine with the artwork and decor. The rooms were very aesthetically pleasing. Valet was overpriced. My biggest issue was that on my second night, my room wasn’t cleaned. I was gone all day until 4pm and had indicated via the door tag that I needed tidying, but when I got back they hadn’t gotten to my room yet. That was super suboptimal. Otherwise, solid property. I would probably stay here again.
