When I made the booking, it wasn’t clearly stated that parking wasn’t included in the price. They made it seem like it was by listing it alongside other amenities. I ended up paying nearly $50 per night for parking! Additionally, the swimming pool was closed, which they ambiguously mentioned and only informed me about upon check-in. Overall, I feel like I paid a premium price for subpar services and was misled.

Though Expedia was saying on the website that breakfast was covered , while billing I was told by Hyatt staff that breakfast was not covered and I had to pay . I felt embarrassed. Though Hyatt finally decided not to charge, but embarrassment was not acceptable.
