I arrived after hours, and found it highly difficult to understand the availability of parking and valet and bellhop services. In an unfamiliar city, arriving alone, and late, and concerned for the safety of myself and my car and its contents, this facility failed to provide steps and appropriate explanations. The website and FAQ should provide each step required to engage each service, and provide the time of day when a service degrades to “reduced staff/late night” mode, and explain all changes. WIFI instructions should be printed on the card key’s paper sleeve. Vital services associated with safe checkin need to be abundantly clear. It is extremely easy to maintain current steps and procedures in a FAQ. Personal safety is a rising concern in every major city. There should be clear steps and zero guesswork required for any guest who wants to understand and follow best practices for personal safety and theft avoidance. Your FAQ is woefully incomplete.

The ac was not really working, had maintenance come in twice but they did not really speak English, could not get the room temperature below 75 degrees and had to but a fan from target to make it though the stay

Overall I was very displeased with my stay at the Quincy. The property seemed to look okay when you walked in the lobby. But once I got to my room. I noticed my room safe was not installed, just a safe on the floor with a bag with nuts, keys and installation instructions. The air conditioning was not working and my room was 76 degrees in the early evening. I called the front desk and the representative told me the building is old and to open my window! At 3am I woke up and my room was 81 degrees! For nearly $700/ night. I was blown away at both the state of the hotel as well as the staffs response to my concerns. Washington is indeed an old town but if the property is being converted or is under construction to upgrade features, that should be shared with customers or Expedia so that we are informed before we book.

I will definitely stay here again. Lovely property that is convenient and secure. The staff went above and beyond to help us and to ensure our stay was the best possible. Out of 1- 10 with 10 being the highest rating - I give them a 13!

Affordable for an amazing location
Great location: walking distance to Dupont Circle and elsewhere. Bed was comfy but could add another layer of mattress for height. Amenities was good although the room didn’t come with coffee but only decaf. Bathroom is a little old and outdated but equipped with an interactive mirror with bluetooth connection and speaker!
