Nice Hotel
Great safe location in the midst of George Washington University. Restaurants and convenience stores all within walking distance. A few blocks to the metro and to the Washington Mall. Room was a good size with a full kitchen and clean. Would stay again

The Concierge person at the time of 3:30pm Sunday, September 1, 2024 was a wonderful help to me and my mom. My mom was in a wheelchair and he made sure she enter our room safely. He also assured me my vehicle was parked in a safe place for that night. I pray God continue blessings on him and all the other staff there.

Our room had a very mildewy smell but the lobby smelled the same so that was my initial impression. The room was spacious and clean but it was supposedly a King and it was definitely not a King but a Queen. Neither of our tvs worked, we had a suite with a living room and bedroom and I brought it to the staff’s attention around 1:30pm and they sent someone to check on it after a second call at 9pm, after no resolution I received a call around 10 pm offering to move us to another room but we were already in bed. Loved the location being in the heart of GWU. The staff was friendly and professional but they seemed understaffed.

I would have given 5 stars had it not been because housekeeping knocked the door loudly trying check if they could clean the room before 8 o clock when check out is at noon. Then was annoyed that I was annoyed and told me to put do not disturb next time

The hotel room was nice and spacious. Pretty convenient location for walking to the Mall (10 mins to Lincoln Memorial). The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and the service was great. The in hotel self parking was simple and very convenient. They even have a few EV chargers for Teslas (which I used). The cost of parking was on the high side, so if you don’t mind dropping off your luggage and driving elsewhere to park, you can probably save a few bucks. My only minor criticisms are the in-room TV is small and ancient and there is no manual security lock on the room door (like a chain). I think these should be standard, since you don’t need the risk of someone accessing the room while you’re sleeping. I know of these incidents in other hotels, even some very nice ones…it’s rare, but it happens and it is super easy and inexpensive to equip the door with the added security lock. That said, I still highly recommend the hotel and I will stay here again in the future.

It was great. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly, especially the man at the restaurant, I forgot to ask his name, but he rocks! I definitely come back!

Friendly and helpful staffs. Very happy to find out there were Tesla EV charging in their parking, which I used for my Tesla. Hotel didn’t advertise them due to limited parking spots. Overall very happy hotel experience, would have given 5 ⭐️if there was a mini fridge in the unit for the hot week when we were there.

Convenient Hotel
The room was better than expected. It also had a kitchen and a nice view of the surrounding area. If you don't need air conditioning and heat up the room, you turn it off and adjust the thermostat. Overall, it's a convenient hotel to stay in the middle of Washington D.C.

Location is very close to Lincoln Memorial, just a 12-minute walk. CVS is next door. Full-size fridge and kitchennette is convenient. Staff is friendly. Fair for its price. Would stay again.
