The price for the hotel should include parking and breakfast! I paid $340 for ONE NIGHT! $240 for the room and $100 for parking, “room tax” and “parking tax” like come on. Would never want to stay again!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was Great we walked to where we had to go just make sure you wear comfortable shoes (sneakers). The hotel and our balcony room was clean and i would definitely stay there again😊

Hotel is accommodating for basic needs. Musty smell upon entering the room. Dust on furniture. Bathroom was split with the toilet on top of the shower, barely can close the door when using toilet. The sink is outside. Bed was comfy. The hotel has a bar and offers breakfast and dinner for a fee. Breakfast was not great, better off going outside. The dinner options were relatively priced and food pretty good. Has a gym amd parking for $43.99 per day unlimited in and out.

Super comfortable bed

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My first room had a broken door jam so I called the front desk and they came up to my room without any hesitation and helped me move to another room on the same floor with a better doorframe. Both rooms were spacious. The toilets were separate from the sink which is a nice feature if traveling with someone so one person can apply makeup while the other uses the bathroom or showers. The bed was extremely comfortable so much so that I slept through my alarm clock. The rooms come with a mini fridge which is always important to me as someone who has allergies and often travels with her own food. The room was clean. All rooms came with hair dryers and irons. I tested the two rooms I stayed in for bed bugs and no sign of any bugs were present. Just a two things I wish the hotel had were 1. Extra deadbolts on the doors side added security and 2. A microwave in the room. I doordashed dinner to the hotel and it took nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered from a restaurant one mile away so my food was cold and I was unable to warm it without a microwave. The pool is lovely but outside and overlooks the Washington circle. They do have a safety feature where you must scan a hotel key card to use the elevator.

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Ate in the restaurant twice and it was delicious. Thanks to the staff we got good directions and and advice.

The night shift manager who claimed to be the Security Manager appears to be responsible for an identify theft. I have a copy of a police report I obtained from the local police which describes me with the incorrect height and says I produced a picture ID. My driver's license has been missing so I couldn't have had a picture ID. Since the heigth was incorrect and the picture ID statement on the report was incorrect it appears your night shift manager, also the security manager, stole my ID and then forgot was on it when discussing it with the police. I can't stay at your hotel when I come to Washington until this matter is resolved. I have disputed all charges on my credit card since that information appears to have been used in the identify theft also.
