Close to the airport, clean, and comfortable. The staff were nice and the breakfast was solid. The shuttle service needs better instructions for where to access it and waiting for 40 minutes after an 11-hour flight was not great, but once I was there, I was pleased with my stay.

Busy place with everyone checking in. Bartender was wonderful serving hungry thirsty customers. Shuttle driver was wonderful, cheerful and helped everyone with bags.

Good choice lives up to Hampton name
Very good choice of a Boston hotel!! Very nice rooms and lobby area. Pool was closed for our stay. Shuttle service needs a revamp like you should be able to sign up for a shuttle back to the airport. It works on a first come basis and it is very busy and people are very aggressive trying to get on first. I was stressed all night wondering if I would get on shuttle in time to make my flight. The young man driving the shuttle was awesome helping us with all the bags. The shuttle from the airport was good for a very busy airport.

Hotel itself was average but room was clean - if you are staying for one night you could make it work - limited food items on menu and drinks were pricey - if you plan on using the free shuttle to and from airport and train station think again! Several guests we talked with all had issues with shuttle and pick up - we were there 4 nights and waited at least 45 min up to 2 hours for pickup - one night was at train station in the dark on a street corner for approximately 1 1/2 hours then had to call Uber. There are no restaurants near hotel beside the hotel bar food service - Wendy’s and a buffet are in walking distance but you have to cross busy highway with guard rails or walk in the dark under bridge and down a dark street — if you have a car this hotel maybe an option however if you are wanting to use there advertised free shuttle be prepared to waste valuable vacation time! In four night stay we estimated we wasted 6-7 hours waiting on shuttle ! At this time they only have 2 and the check engine light is on on 1 of them ! When we asked the manager to compensate us she said she could not even give us an in house voucher for food or drink but could get us some type of credit with Expedia - she is only filling in at this hotel - I really felt bad for front desk staff and drivers as they were getting the frustration from guests and could not do anything about it - very poor management of shuttle service - think about it before you book

The hotel is located on a very busy road with access limited to one way! Entrance into and exit was difficult. The shuttle did solve some of the transportation difficulties!

The room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The nightlight in the bathroom was extremely bright with no way to shut it off. The hotel has guests coming and going from the airport all hours of the day and night. However, they DO NOT keep coffee going all night. That was very frustrating. Couldn't get coffee at 3:45AM until I got to the airport.
