In addition to the very enjoyable experience of the hotel, The Corner House restaurant is outstanding. Our waitress was outstanding, as well. A word regarding the parking deck: For hotel guests, swapping the entrance and exit would be much more convenient. Also, has any thought been given to installing a keycard reader on the hotel entrance from the restaurant? Security would be enhanced and guests would not be inconvenienced. Thanks, -J

When we checked in on October 4th we requested a late check out at 11:30am on October 5th, however the next day October 5th the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 10:30am and woke us up asking if we were checking out.It wasn’t even 11:00am yet. Our rest was broken at that time. We wanted to sleep a little longer. That didn’t happen.

Awesome stay
Staff was amazing, location close to downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. Pool and hot tub were clean. Hot breakfast was wonderful.

Too small rooms & bathroom for the price.
For a $250 a night, the room was small the bathroom super small and I am a big lady, very uncomfortable plus the windows view was to the parking lot instead of the harbor.

The view made me book this hotel. Nice hotel. Clean. Plenty of options for food and drink and there is an arcade which was a bonus for my boys. The girl at the front desk who checked us in was not very attentive. Seemed more interested in her phone. Didn’t even tell us where the room was, just handed me the key cards. All other staff on other shifts were very friendly. We didn’t have any issues. It’s a convenient location to get to restaurants and attractions in the area. Parking ramp right across the street is 3.50 every time you exit it which is kind of annoying. There was a sign that said something about a hotel pass but when I asked the girl at check in she said it’s 3.50 upon exit. There is some street parking but not much. I would stay here again.

Just not that great of a hotel for the price. Parking was out the entire first day of our stay. The bathroom in our room was incredibly small. Housekeeping came at incredibly early times everyday. The pier side was nice but there was so much construction around the hotel it was a nightmare to travel to as well as try and sleep in the early hours of the morning. My recommendation would be to just go with a cheaper hotel in the area because the premium price for this one was not worth it.
