Staff was the only great part. Hotel was out dated and dirty. The suite we stayed in had several things that didn’t work. Online it claims you have a balcony, but it’s not big enough to walk on or look safe enough to stand on. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Online it said there was a functioning pool, but once we booked for a week and showed up, it was under renovations. False advertising.

Our suites hot tub was inoperative, drain wouldnt open, #118. The staff offered to move us to another suite, #318. We accepted the offer and moved. Identical floor plan. Cool. Whirlpool tub jets were inoperative in this one also. The security lock on the door was inop. The egress lighting by the rear entrance that we were directed to use was inop. The public elevator for the guests was inop.. The staff did everything they could, but there was no maintenance on property.. We wont be back..

Upon arriving to the hotel and checking in, I was informed at that time that the swimming pool, which is why I booked the hotel in the first place. I called hotels.com. Explain the situation that their website was incorrect never did they inform the website that the swimming pool was closed down for Repair. I’m extremely disappointed with hotels.com. I called to get a new hotel and the gentleman. I spoke to did nothing but argue with me and basically blamed me.
