The property was close to all the activities. Clean and quiet. I would give it 5 stars. Two weeks prior I stayed at the Weatin in Waltham, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Marroit was the best, and I strongly recommend.

The room we had had a coffee machine that did not work, had no safe to put your belongings, the shower was installed the wrong way - cold was hot and hot was cold. The smell in the room was awful.

The best blackout shades
The staff was very friendly. The blackout shades were the best I have ever experienced. The rooms were nice but a little dated. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

We were on a floor two levels below the lobby which was strange especially considering the price. And then through the night there were incredible loud and disruptive noises — a weird buzzing noise that I could not identify, loud crashes in the hallway — all in the middle of the night, that made it very difficult to have a good sleep. And I am not someone who finds it that hard to sleep with noise. There was always some random sound going on that was for some reason so loud. Also the room was very very small. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. There are many others in the area that will give the right value for that price.
