Great getaway
Nice location and kid had a lot of fun with fishing. House is clean and beds are comfy. Gust winds on the second and third days. Power off for 4 hours at Xmas eve. Maybe consider to provide some essential cooking sauce, sugar and salt? Some instant coffee will also provide a good experience? The owner really should consider to build a jetty/platform at the backyard. Not convenience to jump up and down the retain wall and also not safe to walk on the rocks of the riverside.

The house was ideal for our family of 5, had plenty of room and very clean. We were very happy with our stay, only let down was no pontoon for boat docking otherwise perfect.
