LIKE: The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was delicious! The receptionists were all very courteous and helpful. DISLIKE: The rooms wreaked with cigarette smoke even though I had a non-smoking room. It’s absorbed into the carpets. The shower drain was clogged but was fixed by the time we returned to our room that night.

Central location 5 stars hotel
Check in had taken a longer time as usual. The hotel was busy. They upgraded me to an executive room. It was great and very nice of them. Room was clean and big. Central location. Restaurant has my favorite Wenzhou fish ball soup for breakfast. I will come back again.

No A/C
Big complain about the A/C. In the rooms 75 to 77f. No adjustable possible bec they say center A/C!! In the lobby and all other open parts in the hotel below 68f. So they safe on the rooms!!!! 5 Star Hotel!!!! After 10 min waiting for a service to order a drink in the lobby bar I leave. Shout with the service staff because only busy with there mobile. Look at me like I am from the moon. Breakfast same very seldom come to clean up the used plates or take care. Over all the hotel is very nice and clean but the Management need to improve the service very much. First step - forbidden to use the personal mobile because really everyone was alwAys busy with it.
