This modern and bright home accommodates 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the upper level and have hand-lift blinds, allowing easy light control and privacy.
The master bedroom on this level features a California king bed with an en suite bath. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.
During final construction, there was a small amount of damage to the baseboards and trim around one doorway in the master bedroom. Because of that the builder removed and replaced the trim, but it has not been painted yet and thus the small nail holes are visible. Hopefully, this will be taken care of soon.

There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.
The master bedroom on the upper floor contains an en suite bath, while one full bathroom is located along the hallway for easy access. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

It’s equipped with a smart TV, providing full access to your favorite streaming services. Guests can access the entire house except the supply closet located on the main level, opposite the half bathroom (this is the only room that is locked).
Parking
The garage can fit two cars, but it will be a tight squeeze. It's best for two smaller vehicles or one larger one. Strictly no parking in the driveway.
We want your stay to be as worry-free as possible, which is why we've included the Safely Protection Policy to cover any accidental damage caused by guests during your visit. This means you can relax and enjoy your time here without any concerns.
With the Safely Protection Policy, you're covered for up to $5,000 for any damage to the property or its contents, as long as it's reported to us before you check out. This coverage is automatically included in your rental rate, so there's no need to worry about additional costs.
Please keep in mind that any damage not reported before checking out may result in charges to you as the guest. Additionally, if there's a deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair costs exceeding the coverage limits, you'll be responsible for those expenses. Don't worry though, we'll handle the payment process using the form of payment on file for you.
