Don’t stay here!! Host is non-responsive. House has serious problems.
When we arrived, the host “forgot” to turn the alarm off to the house. Pool was freezing and dirty. If you want it heated, the host will makes you pay extra. It’s not worth it because he claims he turns the heat on “remotely” but the pool never got hot so we couldn’t swim. There was mouse poop in the kitchen and in the pots and pans. Host told us they had addressed the issue previously. The master shower doesn’t drain and leaked and we couldn’t use it. The two times we tried to shower in it, it leaked all over the bathroom and through the ceiling into the downstairs bedroom, all over our clothes and personal belongings. I have pictures and videos of everything and have submitted to VRBO. Host was initially responsive and agreed to a refund; however, stopped replying to all communication and has not refunded the money he agreed to. Also, beware, it appeared there may be cameras throughout the house. There are plenty of other houses. Don’t waste your money on this one, especially since the host doesn’t follow up and communicate. Hoping VRBO steps up and addresses the refund issue and issues with the host.
