Overall good stay. However a lot of noises overnight from pets above me and also ventilation - it sounded like something scurrying through vents in the middle of the night and woke me up several times. Space was clean and nice. Good was great and staff were great.

The staff was very courteous. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the lake and plenty of space. The room was pretty clean. Unfortunately, the room was not well sound-proofed, so even though we were on the fifth floor, we could clearly hear conversations taking place in the parking lot or in the hall. There were several sports teams of teenaged boys also staying in the hotel, which made for noisy breakfasts with some food items running out well before the end of breakfast hours. We probably would have chosen to stay elsewhere had we been made aware of the situation when booking, rather than while checking in.

A great facility. Very clean, well kept. Staff was helpful. Room was very nice, large. kitchen was perfect. Will stay again when in Kelowna. Only complaint is the lack of a firm mattress, this is a subjective preference.
